Competition terms

1. Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over unless the individual competition states otherwise. FAB Radio Ltd, trading as Magna Radio and Magna Mix, is the promoter.
2. One entry per person per competition unless the individual competition explicitly permits more. Duplicate entries may be removed at the promoter's discretion.
3. Employees of FAB Radio Ltd, contributing presenters and their immediate families, and employees of the sponsoring business (where the competition is sponsored) are not eligible to enter.
4. Where an entry deadline (a "closing date") is given, entries received after that date will not be considered. Where no closing date is stated the competition remains open until the promoter closes it on air.
5. Winners are selected at the promoter's discretion from all valid entries. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The prize is as described on the individual competition page. There is no cash alternative and prizes are non-transferable. If a stated prize becomes unavailable the promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
7. Winners may be required to take part in reasonable on-air or online publicity connected with the competition, including having their first name and area used on air, on our website, and on our social channels.
8. Personal data collected on entry is used to administer the competition and, where the entrant has opted in, to contact them about future Magna content. Data is handled per our privacy policy.
9. Dates, prizes and rules may be amended at the promoter's discretion, with any material change announced on air and on the competition page.
10. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
