What a Monday on the show. We kicked things off with Found It in History, and I have to say, those questions were trickier than they look. Could you have guessed that 57 years separate the very first Glastonbury Festival back in 1970 and next year's event in 2027? Or that 26 years passed between the first CD going on sale and the launch of Spotify? My personal favourite was the Wright brothers to the Moon landing. Just 66 years between that first powered flight and Neil Armstrong stepping onto the lunar surface. Remarkable when you think about it.
Lauren took on Lucy in the guessing and came out on top today, well done her. And a big well done to Julie in Skegness, who was our closest guessing Magna listener this morning.
Then came Topical Tune, and the story was a good one. Apparently one in five men are fibbing about their height on dating apps just to get a foot in the door. I asked you what song best sums that up, and the suggestions came flooding in from right across Lincolnshire. Henry in Grantham, Rach in Lincoln, Sarah and Kate in Louth, Jamie in Sleaford, and Clive in Boston all got involved. Clive topped the chart with Fleetwood Mac and Little Lies, which honestly, you cannot argue with. A perfect fit.
