What a show today! We kicked things off with Firm Favourites, and this week I featured GonnaBeeGood.co.uk, a brilliant local business based at Great Gonerby near Grantham. Always love shining a light on what's happening right on our doorstep.
Then we wound the clock back for One Moment in Time, landing in 2009. A bittersweet year for anyone who remembers Woolworths on Lumley Road in Skegness shutting its doors for good. Lady GaGa was riding high with Poker Face at the time, which tells you everything about where we were culturally that year. Pick 'n' mix and Poker Face. What a combination.
The Mystery Voice reveal came around too, and this week's voice turned out to be Louis Tomlinson. Well done to everyone who got it right, and a special mention to Jody from Boston, Carl from Grantham and Paul from Waddington, who are all now proudly in the Mystery Voice Hall of Fame. Get in there!
I also threw a question out to you all today, because my other half has gone and arranged a surprise weekend away for me. I cannot stand surprises. You lot were brilliant about it though. I asked what the best surprise you'd ever had was, and the answers were lovely. Some of you clearly have far more adventurous lives than me.
